There is a Friday reservation, you would have to go to the store and register with a guy hanging out a block away with a iPad either on Monday or Tuesday, they lift the reservation after 4:30pm on Fridays, earlier, if the registration isn’t full
No you can just come to the store unless they have a line outside.
Every time I go after Thursday is first come first serve.
