They have a sample plate u can purchase called "sumthin-sumthin" and it has a bit of some items on their menu and also, u can ask for a tiny sample of an item u wanna taste, just ask and they'll let you taste some items. The food there is great

Go for their soul platter if you want to be convinced to go all plant. It's a combo of traditional favorites that are virtually vegan anyway and a couple standard vegan items--all of which is prepared and seasoned to wholesome perfection.
Yes that's true. One issue is that they normally have a lot of specials that are not on the menu. With all the effort and resources that go into doing that, they'd probably like as many people as possible ordering them. A sampler of menu items would be useful however. With right mix, I'd probably get it myself from time to time.
