I plan to spend Easter with the family and wanted to see if it was bbq friendly (picnic) ?like do they have areas where you can set up a lunch ?

Absolutely. Lots of space at the park, though I agree you are probably safer bringing your own on a big holiday weekend. Make sure to dispose the coals in the marked containers and enjoy your time at the park.

I agree with Judit that you can BBQ all you want. There is a place to deposit your hot coals after you finish cooking. Lots of folks lunch there everyday.

Yes they do, they have a big section with bbq's. I would bring my own little webber. They rent out certain areas with tables, big bbq and roof, but you can find scatter bbq in the grass. Bring your ez-up
