Call and ask if need to know, yet they serve excellent food, and fabulous atmosphere any time I've entired the place. They try to help and serve the palate the best as possible. :)
They have a variety of omelets and potato options. Not sure if they have gluten free bread, but you will not be lacking in breakfast options. I go there for brunch with my aunt who is very allergic to gluten and it's still one of our favorite places to go.
I don't believe they add gluten to things, but also don't recall gluten free options on pancakes and such. They'll probably be accommodating where they can.
Best answer is call and ask them. Very probable. They always give me my hearts content.
