I attended a large convention for, over 3 days. Over the 3 days we went at different times & it was packed with other convention goers. While the restaurant was packed & there was a waiting list I noticed that if you entered the back side of restaurant by bar you could be seated immediately with out getting on the list to wait for your name to be called. That's what was suggested to us party of 4 & we did it also, noticed others doing it. None of the staff seemed to mind it at all we were seated & served ☆☆☆☆☆
I believe for parties of 6 or more.
I am assuming for large parties they must have.
No, they don't! Surprised people are saying they do...
Yes they do.
Been coming here for 30 years - had a long talk with the owner about reservations, they do not take them. My advice, the bar entrance is a good idea, look at the counter, which is comfortable and colorful, or first call ahead and ask how long the wait is for 6 (or any size party). When you arrive immediately get your name on the list and be relaxed and appreciative to be there - a positive attitude will be noticed. Joe's is an institution and beloved, if you act like a guest rather than an entitled impatient jerk (a role I can excel at) you'll be well treated.
No, sadly they do not. Hope that helped, Anna
Yes they do take reservations, but let me tell you, they are a little pricey!
Worth it though
No they don't
