Yes, they are having technical difficulties with their phone system. For me, they were not able to hear me. I was using a Verizon phone. Try ordering online and picked it up at the restaurant. I'm surprised they haven't fixed this issue—it's annoying being hung up on. They seriously need to look into this ASAP.
