I have a car parked illegally on my property and cant get a hold of the car owner. We dont have the keys, but it is taking up a valuable parking space. Do you tow this, and is there a charge. The car has sticker good until July 2018

Only persons that can tow that is local police or chp. Otherwise you'll face a lawsuit and possible criminal charges.
