Why are the employees here unprofessional? Why do they get a job in customer service if they hate helping people?

I would have to refer that question to the big shots at Walmart's corporate office.

To develop people skills or the art of costumer service skills. For many it's thier first job. So it's best just to be patient while they develop thier skills.

Because they have to work to eat, live and keep a roof over their head or family.

I have noticed that most Wal-Mart stores their employees are very rude I think it's in the water

Because they are just there for the paycheck they don't care about customer service they're having been trained right
