Always friendly, never had to wait more than a minute or two to order. Food is there, invariably, and hot before I can wash my hands in a clean restroom before I return to the table even when the restaurant is packed.
That is a good question and I would have to say there is not a good answer for it. I have never had that problem when going there. I would either leave or go up to cash register and ask to talk to the manager. You should get a free meal if you stay.
