Vet symbol on your driver's license. Then sign up at the register. Don't lose the Lowe's card they send you.
These comments re Idaho procedures... The hardest part will be proving your status in a way they'll accept. Unless you are active duty or (career) retired military, the best way, oddly, is through your driver's license. Go to DMV with your DD214 and have a "veteran" symbol put on your driver license. Take that renewed plastic card back to a Lowe's cashier, and they will enroll you. Worked for me.
