I don't believe they use MSG, and if you are concerned about MSG, they are willing to alter an order to your tastes, so just be sure to ask them about it.
Gee, I don't think so! But even if they did use MSG, you can have them make your dish without it, because they do accommodate diners' requests. For example, most Thai food is made with fish sauce, but Ayara will make dishes without the fish sauce if you are vegan. And if you look on their website at the sauces they make & sell, you can see that there is no MSG and no artificial ingredients or preservatives.
