Geek Squad should be able to do it but I imagine it wouldn't be cheap for something too old.
Your best option would be to call in to the store and ask. They have very knowledgeable staff plus the geek squad can help with answers but I'm sure they're limited on what they can actually do for you short of sending your device out.
