Yes! So anything labeled "bao" = dumpling, and 9/10 will be made with wheat. Most long noodle dishes are made with wheat, although soba noodles are usually made from buckwheat, which is gluten free. Some soy sauces have wheat gluten in them, but I'm not sure which they use. Stick with anything that comes with the rice and you should be great!
