I second that! The security guy Roy is not helpful whatsoever, he seems to always have a bad day. No customer service or social skills. I call for a new head of security. Someone that knows how to deal with people.

Is not a good sign when clients are complaining of security personnel. Management shoul look into. But at Manheim Riverside I doubt they will. You may want to do your businesses in Fontana where the staff is friendly and management really cares.
