Why is this location priced higher than all other locations like Riverside Ft Campbell ect??

I know on toll roads the service plazas are as much as 3 times as much! I asked why at more than one the answer was always the same. Well we have a captive audience! They think every truck drivers has a bag of gold! And everyone going on vacation! I called cooperate and they said their franchise answer do micro manage them??
