It takes a certain amount of time for the food to get cold. That's why. On the serious side. If you order cold/hot food, it still takes an employee time to fill your order. Hope you have better a experience next time. Off topic. There's a Walmart on the corner of Carson and Paramount. Take the 22 bus.
Maybe management should be more hands on. That could prevent getting cold food after a long wait. 👍
