Been trying to contact the Auto Service Center. Had good service before. Called, no answer (3 days of trying). Went there, doors all closed, no one in that area of the store at all. What is going on?

I don't know, like you I had good service there. I hope they haven't closed permanently. Why don't you call the store directly and see what's going on with the service department.
