I have multiple Bosson heads, Toby jugs, Hummel figurines, Goebel Gnomes, N. Rockwell figurines, and a mix of random items; is this a good place to sell to serious collectors, or can you advise me of a better process?

You may be able to wholesale a quantity of items to them or one of their merchants, or place on consignment. I'd certainly give them a call. You won't get as much as if you sell the items yourself, but that's also a lot of work.

I would try OfferUp or Craigslist...
