My downstairs' neighbor plays his radio all night, I cannot record it but as soon as I lie down in bed, I hear his radio. Is there a recording device that can record his radio?

Why not have a friendly chat with your neighbor at a mutually convenient time about the disturbance.

move your bed off the wall you wont hear it then or get some foam and place it between the bed frame and the wall
