All previous answers covered it..... there's public parking all around that area at the library or huge public parking garages. Best time to go is Saturday Saturday morning usually no charge for parking on the weekends
There's street parking and paid parking lots/structures nearby.
Street parking is available or you can park in either of the parking garages on Orange St. First 90 minutes are free.
Around the corner there is a multi-level parking structure. Or, if you are lucky, you can park along the street.

I was just there last week and there's an apt. complex where there used to be parking. Streets were full so we parked around the corner to the right of store in parking structure that the first 90 minutes are free, after that they charge.
