Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but within the realm of reality it happens. Though they serve franks, it's not what they are known for, if you go and they don't have burgers or shakes then by all means raise the alarm. As far as the wait time food is cooked to order so sometimes it takes awhile.
So you wanted something for free because they were sold out of franks? Shoulda ordered a classic footlong, same price.
