I have never experienced that and I am a regular customer.
They definitely don't have the customer service part down they don't even like to answer questions its like you should already know what you want when you get there. That's why I go to "Strains"
The half with bad attitudes have ties with the owners or are the owners which I guess makes them feel customer satisfaction is irrelevant. Those who claim never to experience this are regulars who have ties with the owners or haven't the slightest problem paying an arm and a leg for whatevers thrown their way
Never had that kind of experience and I go ever other week, so happy people behind the counter
