U can go on Wednesday fridays or Saturday at 6am be there and stay in line the mobile clinic will come at 7am and if u are the first 10 to 13 people it's free but u have to get there early last time I got there at 545 am and there was 5 people already waiting but my Daughter made it and she got both of cats spayed but only those days its free
