This is just a side note really rude phone service I called asking them if they were next to a store and they hung up and then I called them again (a few minutes later) if they had the a product and then hung up !

I am very sorry that happened to you. Try not to let one foolish person allow to to judge others. It might have been a poor connection or maybe the person who answered didn't understand what you were asking. Still no excuse for being rude.
