I went with my official passport picture and application. The lady at Castaic said they were in acceptable so they need to retake them there. Ok so with their advice I re did them. The state rejected the new ones, saying the were way over exposed now I am sending my original ones back. This caused a additional 3 week delay. I recommend have your own taken somewhere that does official pictures.
Yes they do but it will be less expensive to have the pictures done at Costco CVS or Walgreens
