Yes, outside seating is ok for dogs but like Alexander said it can get pretty crowded.

Dogs r welcome m t w f sat till 7pm no dogs on sunday Thursday till 5pm
I seen some small and midsize dogs there but not on a regular basis I don't know if they were an exception to the rule or exactly what the rules are on dogs at that place the best bet would be to call them first

I've brought my dog there before to the outdoor bar, but know it can be very crowded and loud with not a lot of seating.
