How do you take orders? I order something and people after me walk out first. People walk in order and seat to eat and walk out. I wait 25 minutes or more. My hash brown was uncooked !

Food preparation time depends on what you order. Harry's isn't like McDonald's where food is made and waiting in a hot box. The food doesn't come out based on who ordered first, rather based on what plate becomes ready. When we eat here, each of us who ordered together gets our plates randomly as they are prepared.

To order you go up to the counter. They do phone orders or they had something simpler they ordered. Don't know what to say about the wait time. Sorry about the hash browns.
