They are pet friendly as in they allow dogs to stay with you in the hotel. I have also seen people walking their dogs inside the casino. They don't have a room specifically for pets. Your pets stay with you in your own room.
No there is not any rooms set aside just for pits. I also did not see a pit grooming station or salon. I actually didn't see any pets on the trip.
