Its 45.00. Plus the 5 dll tip. U have to be a BLUE, SILVER, GOLD, OR PLATINUM If I'm correct RED card does not get that benefit yet. Now if u play starting from the Blue card on you will start recieving a certain amount of buffets free a month . Like I'm GOLD I get 8 buffets a month. Make sure to use them too they do not roll over ;).
If you're a member it's free. You get the offers on your monthly letter. Otherwise it's $42.95 I think.
