Any one ever get free rooms but every time you tried to book it was not available? They give you comps they NEVER intend you to use. Had to trade 3 nights for one

I get free a free night every month and never have a problem booking a room.

Oh, didn't even think about the hotel. I sincerely apologize, but I've never stayed there. I'm sure they are their own entity and they deal with VVC as business.

Yes, you just need to call 3rd week of the month to schedule for the following month.
