You have to be one of their top players card holders (black card we'll have hotel offers every month or select gold card holders will receive hotel offers if they are spending enough money in the casino) in order to be eligible for a room at their boutique hotel. But if you do hold a valley view black players card, you will receive food credit every month too. If you are a guest at the hotel you have pool privileges as well. But as far as being able to reserve a room and have all you can eat, the answer is no because unless you're a top players card member- it's not an option.
You can use a "Players Card" to get exclusive promotions that include the hotel and extra play.
