We are not able to print out the tickets since we do not have access to a printer. Is it somehow possible to get inside with only the ticket on the phone or to print it out there?

You can show your proof of payment and they will give you a ticket inside. Speak to the usher outside!

You do not need to print it out. When you get to there just let them know you have a ticket reserved and show them the mail sent.
