Masks are still required in most businesses in Oregon. As noted above the vaccine does not stop the spread or one's ability to get the virus. Masks however, are also proven not to work. I would suggest don't blame the messenger, Mini Pet Mart is a great place to shop, my dogs love to shop their as well. They have a great selection and the manager is awesome.
It's all about the corporations. Not the government. They passed the buck. So each business can make their own rules and say yes or no to masks. Being vaccinated doesn't make a person protected from getting it or giving it. Do some research, you'll be amazed.
