They get various things at various times. I think they buy left overs from manufacturers and distributors so nothing is always there. They have what they have. You need to check with them frequently to get what you need. They might not have what you want, but mostly, you'll find something that you can use or substitute. It's a fin place to shop.
I don't work for Fabrix. I have shopped there once. I don't recall seeing felt. I would recommend giving them a call.
