This always happens every time I go it's annoying Jack in the box should changer there rules in drive thru times maybe you don't go enough there's used to be a more annoying lady that would get mad and yell super bad costumer service good thing they got rid of her
I don't know what happened to you, but that never happened to me or anyone I know. Also calm down they try their best to get food out to you. They are a great Jack in the box compared to others.
