Good afternoon, I would like to know how to get on some type of emergency housing as I have already recived 4 pay or quit notices. My Covid Rental Assistance is about ready to end, My son and do not have anywhere to go at the moment. Please help or if anyone has more suggestions, i will be more than happy to take them. I know several who did. If its not in the exact condition you moved in then you will have issues that's why i always take pictures but some places still charge for cleaning because they claim they have to disinfect everything regardless how clean it looks. All public housing properties in the bay area are pretty much the same way. If you did everything right, just talk to the manager and let them know if you don't get your deposit back you will contact HUD directly.
