Is anyone there to answer phones I can't get a hold of no one.. Im put on hold and waited for 15 min and still no one picked up. I've called 3 time's....

Well when I finally got a answer a girl answers and is rude to me her tone was even bitter! I usually never have any problems THERE, ever...but she needs to use some common courtesy to customers

I tried calling for over 40 min.drove from clarksburg the whole way there as I was walking through the door someone picked up the phone not mentioning no names and said can u hold as I walked over to them I said No! Everyone just standing around . My question why was I going to be put on hold? Humm good question. Told them how unprofessional they were and I went to nappa .
