We always use the Texas Roadhouse app for advance seating.
Friday's are beyond difficult to get into Roadhouse. I would bet the walk up line outside is long as well as standing room only in the limited space lobby area

I was having problems too. We went up and they are having phone issues
They do call ahead seating or you can down load their app.
I believe they will take a reservation for a party of 8 or more
There is an app that you can use to do call ahead seating
I don't think they do reservations. You just have to wait in line for a table to open
