We are very sorry that you feel this way. Being past due with the downpayment, leads to repossession. We do allow reinstatement that gives you the opportunity to reinstate, but you have to pay all that is past due in addition to repossession fees. A letter is sent giving the 15 days to reinstate which is California Law. Also, providing fake Documents is illegal in the State of California.
Man, they do have some things twisted there. Theu always went behind in doing their paperwork. I woukd definitely fight that or get a lawyer and at least threaten them. That's not cool, and you're out money too. Don't let them gdt away with that.
