No it is not compatible.
The AP will not work. DRtuned is another option for tuning a turbocharged Mazda 3 using Mazdaedit software.
Your best bet if you're boosting a NA car would be an Orange Virus tune. The AccessPort might work, but the OV tune is completely custom and has been used for many boosted NA 3's. Because of the way the maps are set up between the MS3 and MZ3, as well as different ECU challenges, whatever Off The Shelf Cobb tune will probably not work very well, if at all.
