I want to get a giftcard for my son and fiancee for Christmas. Do i fill out the gift card in my name?

Anyone who physically has a gift card can use it. The "From" field is used to populate the "From: " field on the gift card. When you purchase the gift card online the "Recipient email" field controls who receives the gift card. If you want to receive the card so you can physically hand it to them or put it in a card or something, use your email. If you want them to receive it directly via email, you can use their email.
