Can I call in tickets at the box office like you would be able to at the Xfinity center? Like I call and they hold the tickets and the day of I can get there and pay to avoid extra fees from online vendors

I am not sure about that. Going into Worcester and buying from the box office is usually quick and easy and you avoid paying the extra fees. If you are buying the day of or day before the event, it might be harder depending on what you are trying to go to.
