Yes, you'll probably have to just commute to the location in person to discuss what you could have over the phone. Most of the time Sales Associates are assisting on the sales floor. Management are very active out of office as well so it tends to be difficult to speak with anyone via phone. I worked there, and also you can't leave a vm unfortunately. So thats why your call may not be answered the first or second time. Operation hours 10am till 9pm
