Did anyone else receive their pets medical records in the mail because you ask for a 24 hr $10 credit for blood work for be tested??

They told me I needed $10 more with if blood work and told me they would not do this test until I paid TEN DOLLARS when I'm there because I want to take care of my dog, but they refuse to test until I paid the ten dollars, so today in the mail I recieved my dog's records because they are refusing to further see my dog have you had this issue?
