You don't need a membership....but there is a donation fee for the year which helps to keep the park going..paper should be in the small box on the fence.
No membership required. It is a great dog park, we take our dog when up there in the summer. He loves it.

Been there twice , just park and follow the signs for the size of your 🐕 dog and have fun.
