Two dates a year, you can and must deliver the items. No latex paint. You must have proof of Quincy residence. Usually first Saturday in June, unsure of other date, but it's in the fall.
Once or twice a year they send out notice for doing it for free, if it's from your car, the dealership you bought the car from, should do it for free.
