Can I ask, why were horses outside in with temps at -5 degrees on New Year night. I drove by as I do all the time and seen 2 horses outside with blankets on in the freezing cold. Why would you do this to them? I'd never board my horse there.

Some of the horses have run ins. Meaning the horse can freely go in and out of a stall

A run in that allows the horse to go in and out at will is the best possible living situation.

Possibly you don’t realize that a horse is capable of surviving just fine without humans at all .
