There is a male and female rest room, I'm not sure if it's open on the weekends, it's located by the playground and there is a gazebo if it's rains
Might also have to check with the park rec's about what time the rest rooms are open(unlocked) as theyre open during various times through out the summer.
There are bathrooms there, you may have to call the town to get permission for a party
