The Saratoga County Animal Shelter is NOT a no-kill shelter. That being said, staff works very hard to adopt out animals, work with foster groups, etc., so as not to have to euthanize very many. Animals that are considered unadoptable for aggression reasons, or because their care and medical treatment needs exceed resources (or what a potential adopter might manage) are humanely euthanized.
