Just to update this for 2019, This is a land lease community. We pay the taxes, the water, sewer and garbage bill. There are no pass thru taxes to our residents either. The lot rent is $552.00 per month if you own your own home. Added is a bronze level cable TV package and Internet service of 100 mbsp and wi-fi, each for $24.00 per month AND we pay for 1 cable box and the modem for this great price. This is a retirement Community of 55+ near everything you can imagine! Come look us over!
